Sit in a comfortable chair, close your eyes, and engage in the mental exercise of Acem Meditation. You’ll find that the half-hour of meditation relaxes you, renews your energy, and improves your concentration. The practise helps you access deeper levels of your consciousness.

Acem Meditation is easy to learn. It involves the repetition of a simple sound. It is practised with a Free Mental Attitude. The point is not to control your thoughts, but rather the opposite – to let them go.

As a rule, optimal results are gained by practising Acem Meditation twice a day, for half an hour at each sitting, or forty-five minutes once a day, though some may practise their meditation more sporadically.

Acem Meditation enables the mind to express its own needs under conditions of greater inner freedom.
