5. February 2008 the Mechanical Engineering Students Association invited all students for a programme on The Psychology of Silence and Self Exploration conducted by Acem India. 256 students and some faculty members learned Acem Meditation at this seminar conducted by Mr. I. Jayaraj (Acem South East Asia coordinator) and Kalpana Jayaraj (General secretary Acem India).
